  1. I am looking for the GM wiring harness part number 15912579. I have put together a nice electric fan cooling package using the fans, motors, and shroud from a 2007 Escalade. I want to use the OEM fan control wiring from the GM wiring harness part number 15912579, but am having a hard time finding a new one considering this part has been discontinued. Does anyone have one or know where to get one? When I was looking for new old stock parts on this forum before a member had the ability to search GM dealerships for inventory via part number. Thanks in advance!
  2. First time posting and hoping for some help here. Long story short my 2004 SS is getting an sts turbo kit put on and in the process of running gauge wires to the inside I drilled through some wires that go through the firewall from the fuse box. 4 wires got ripped apart. Small pink, blue and 2 small solid white wires. I soldered them back together and now nothing works on the inside cept the temp gauge on the rear view mirror. Does anyone know where I can get a schematic of the dash harness? I went to a dealer but that was a waist. Lol!
  3. So I bought OEM electric fans from a buddy of mine he said they came of a wrecked 2005 silverado 1500. In the picture whoever had them before him made there own ground with a thick wire on the fuse box. I'm hoping that's fine. My question is the plug with the blue and green wire. Where exactly does this go in my 2003 silverado ss. I know that I have to put blue in pin 42 but the green I have no idea where it would go??? So if anyone's done this install with OEM E-fans please give me answers on how to install without buying a harness would rather try to keep it as if it was straight out of factory. Thanks guys
  4. So a while back I got the Torrent efan kit with his harness. The harness is problematic now. Fans stay on and a tap on the relay box usually stops them. I opened up the relay box and snapped pics of the over heated wire insulation, and he said he'd supply me with a new harness box (possibly other than the plastic one I got w/ the kit). I would have to return my old one, I said fine, it's pretty much a paper weight at this point. Well apparently this offended him because I get no responses. THIS IS BUSINESS! Not personal. I don't want my truck to go up into flames due to this failing component he fabricated. I know he's got an excellent reputation on this and probably many other forums, but I really need him to follow through with what he said he was going to do. Let the bashing begin if that's what you need to do, but if this leads to my truck being closer to 100%, so be it. I've gotten plenty of helpful ideas on this forum and I'm sure I'll continue to do so. Take it easy guys and gals and just please try and put yourself in my situation, no matter how differently you may have replied, lol.
