Drebowlegs
Just picked up a 2003 Ss Silverado and I'm prob gonna keep the stock rims on it. But the shocks are shot and I'm wanting to lower it. Any set up suggestions for s newb? I'm not looking to go any lower then 3 inches. I see a lot of beltech talk I'm ready to pull the trigger now on shocks. But I'd like to know exactly which ones being its AWD. And a lowering kit suggestions would def help. dcairns
Not an expert on lowering, but I seem to recall that the amount of lowering will affect your choice in shocks. The change in the range of travel means different shocks. So I would finalize your lowering plans first, then look for shocks. Also decide if you want a firmer or more stock kind of ride. matslp488
Belltech street performance seems to be one of the best ones for a lowered truck
