Denaliguy
So like the title says, I had a new front diff installed in my denali today and within 10 miles it feels as though there’s some catching when turning and it make a bit of a grinding sound. What did I do? It’s got royal purple 75w90 in it. Is that the wrong fluid? We have the same front diffs Edited April 25, 2020 by Denaliguy (see edit history)
jmontero146
Yea i have the same grinding noise after they changed my front differential and transfer case fluid at a local shop..I'm going to take it to the dealer soon so they can change the fluid. Its like a rotational grinding noise at slow speeds. Seems to come more from the drivers side.
