Stayed at the Hotel Sol Mar which I believe no longer exists; it was on the beach at the Pacific side of Land's End. Friend of mine went there many years later and it looks like they knocked it down and built some huge hotel complex in its place. Richard Yeah the knocked down the Sol Mar, then rebuilt it, 5 STAR, same place, Turned out real good, better than ever, Cabo has changed alot in the 34 years I have been HERE. In the Marina shot, if you look to the far left, TOP of photo, just below the mountain, you see the towering lights, thats the NEW SOL MAR.
