Hey guys i just needed some help. Just bought a volant intake wth scoop. It is all installed but dont like the way the scoop is set. Im wondering if its installed wrong. Anybody have pictures? Thanks

I have that intake on my truck. Post up a picture and I'll tell you if that's how mine is. I do remember changing something up but it's been three years so I can't recall.

Make sure the tray under the air box has been removed.

And get a pre filter wrap to keep all the bugs, water, dirt and everything else out that wants to go in

I have this intake set up myself. In regards to the scoop, mine sits to the inside of the lower bumper grill. Have you had any success with getting the it mounted?

I took mine to a body shop, they trimmed it to fit and riveted it into the OEM scoops. Love it.
