1FASTBRICK
If you have any luck obtaining a replacement COA you'd be the first that I know of. Please let us know how that goes. The label on your door jamb can be bought new still and is not a definitive identifier for an ISS. The RPO code tied to the original build data can't be faked though so it's no problem to confirm it's legit without the COA. RPO code SSI is the Intimidator package. This will be on the SPID (service parts ID) label in the glovebox, which if someone really wanted to go to the trouble, could be faked - but looking up the VIN through Compnine or at the dealer, the RPO list attached to that won't be faked. The COA's value is mostly as a collectible item, combined with the truck, somewhat increasing value of the truck just from an originality standpoint. My opinion, anyway. Not debating whether your ISS is real, have no doubt that it is and it simple to confirm as I said. Richard That door label can no longer be purchased through the dealer. Although it was available at one time It has been discontinued. and as far as I know there is no more stock either...
ChevySS_MCIS
Update on trying to obtain COA. I called the dealership of purchase, multiple dealerships and factor assembly plants. By decoding the vin I then contacted GM of Canada. I did research and read that the factory in Canada where the ISS was built was closed down. They gave me the number to the GM Heritage Center and still no information. I also contacted DEI and just like all the posts in the forums to no avail. The COA of the ISS came with the truck off the factory line and so far no record of the build number has been found through my research. 1FASTBRICK
If you send me a PM with your Vin, I can give you a range based on known COA's if it matters to you. I do not give out or share this information with any one.

EXGM
Pictures give honest description of truck.... take a picture of the label in the glove box as it will have a RPO code for the Intimidator package. The tire shine on the spare is a nice touch.... made me laugh.
