I decide better to be ahead of him then next to or behind. I put some skinny pedal in to it and pass him. As I'm passing he looks over and lays on it so I do too. And I just steady walk past him to about thee lengths and he never gets closer. I look in my mirror and he cuts across two lanes to jump off the highway.
