I promise you, you will get your product. They know I'm getting more upset by the hour. It has been way to long, I know. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk I just spoke with her via text, and she will be doing the embroidery work starting this evening. Not only did she have a family member pass, but also her source for digitizing (creating the program from stitching) has a daughter with cancer and has been taking care of her, and unable to work. I took it upon myself to find another source, paid out of my own pocket the fees for the digitizing, and had the logo programmed for embroidery. So, all and all, I am doing the best I can on my end. I will get everything boxed up as soon as I get them, and get them out. Im sorry for all the nightmare this has been.
