I put a set an a 9-3 Aero when Goodyear first released them, but sold the car soon after. Plus, a whole different animal on a SS. Let me know what you guys think. chawkins6789 Posted November 15, 2013 Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 I run the GT's on my Sierra in stock size. I got them October 1st and have almost 3000 on them. Great tire so far. I one mishap with a pothole 3 weeks in, but overall I like them. chawkins6789 Posted November 21, 2013 Report Share Posted November 21, 2013 Had a good rain this evening. The GT's have better wet traction than my old Cooper Discoverer H/T plus' I ran before. They are the same size, same wheel and nothing has changed on the truck. Now I can say thay I am happy with them 3300 miles in. SuperDave Posted December 26, 2013 Report Share Posted December 26, 2013 I put a set of 275 55 R20 Goodyear Eagle GT on my 2003 Silverado SS two years ago... I have really low miles (47K) and I like them fine... but the tread design is aggressive and they're kind of noisy on the road. They ride a little bit rougher than the stock Eagle LS also. breda4176 Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 Ive been running 285/50/20 GT2's on my 03 for 6 yrs now. The first set lasted me about 35k and im on the 2nd set now.
