Replacing idler bearings

A few days ago i heard a terrible clacking noise coming from my engine compartment. I removed my drive belt and the noise went way. Using a stethoscope i found the noise was coming from an idler bearing. Replaced the bearing and no more issues.

Heres a billet 100mm pulley next to the replacement bearing (incase you need a part number)

Remove the C-clip

Remove the inner spacer that the bolt goes through. Sometimes they need a little incouragement.

Use a hydraulic press or C-clamp to remove old bearings.

Lay new bearing in place and use old bearing to help press it in.

Reinstall C-clip and you're done.

Nope. Cant recall what stock is, but the kit idler pulley from Magnacharger is 90mm. The 100mm idler upgrade just ensures better tension on the supercharger pulley. I guess i should have specified that these werent stock. But nonetheless, you can also replace bearings in a stock idler for just a few bucks, rather than spending $45 for a new pulley when the bearings get worn out...
