slowfive0
I have a 2004 Silverado SS with Bose system. Currently, it has an aftermarket head unit. The bose system (amp, sub, etc) is all intact and I want to put a factory 6 disc head unit back in. I don't have the Rear Audio controls, Onstar, cellphone, etc. I only have one factory plug (green color) at the back of the radio. I believe the 6 disc factory head unit (the one my truck was optioned with) has two connectors?????? Anyone have a picture of the back of their Bose factory head unit? Thanks guys. diggerdan11
The green one is your main plug. Some radios have a second plug that is for Onstar and Xm
slowfive0
My truck has the green plug only. What I'm trying to figure out is if the radio I buy has to only have one plug or can it have two and I only use the one???? Thanks. The green one is your main plug. Some radios have a second plug that is for Onstar and Xm
diggerdan11
It can have 2 and it should still work no problem. Of course you will have to have the Stereo flashed to your vehicle
