These are Regency RST gauges signed by John Moss with a escalade trim ring set. Ive never seen a blue interior on a RST but they are legit. I got them straight from US Speedo. US Speedo made the stainless overlay for Regency. If you got some info on a blue interior RST, let me know. I would love to see one. Best I understand there is just a pin and a connector in the steering column. Plug and play...................but what about the + and -..............
