Stitches040 Posted June 30, 2010 Report Share Posted June 30, 2010 (edited) Hey All .... Ok ... It is approaching that time of year again, for the 5th Annual, Lebanon Valley - Day at the Drags!!!!! (Can't believe it's been 5 years already) We are always liking mid Sept to mid Oct. ... So post up which dates work for you ... ??? September 18-19 I'm out of town for a wedding. So that is why that date isn't posted. October 9-10 is Columbs Day Weekend, a three day weekend. The Dragway and Motels are already heavily booked. That's why that date is not listed. I am keeping October 16-17 as a Rain Date. But seriously, the foliage will be spectacular about the Sept. 25-26 or Oct. 2-3 weekends. So post up the dates you can go ... The Saturday date is for the Drag Racing ... the Sunday date is for the Tri-State Cruise ... We learned a valuable lesson last year. Even if it looks like rain, just drive your ass off to the LVD meet like Mark-Rockhead did. It turned out to be one gorgeous day ... I know some members already are asking, but seriously, this only two months away and will be here sooner then later. We will do everything in our power to get the Majority of SSS'ers to attend. We will also have to check to see which weekend would be a little less busy at the track, for us too. If it can influence anything, I believe I have a source for Shiner Bock in NY that I would be able to bring along with me to the get together.
