cwest94
I just open the doors and stand on the door sill *Shrugs* This is all I do as well. Do the same with my SUV and also use the luggage rack to pull myself up onto the rear tires of my SUV to get the back half.
SS Silv
No offense, but are you a midget? I am 5'9" and i have no issues washing my truck. Just pop the the doors open and jump up on the sills to wash the front half of the windshield/roof, and jump in the bed to wash the other half of the roof/rear window. No rocket science required, guaranteed. Edited March 20, 2010 by SS Silv (see edit history)

blownsschevy
I'm 5"5 not quite a mig but pretty damn close. I will try opening the doors and standing on the sills next time. That dosent cost me a dime and is def worth a try. Thanks!
zachm89
being 6'5'' really helps...i dont have to have any aid to reach the top of the truck im with sinr98 though, for clay baring and waxing i use a small stool or just get in the bed of the truck
96vteccd5
door sills for me. The the cover my arms are long enough to reach the halfs to wash. When I dry it, I just open my shammy and drag it over the top. Works wonders.

stg313
Lowering it more is the obvious answer.
BigBlack
Set up staging around your truck, then you should reach everything .. I use a milkcrate to stand on for washing. But if im waxing or buffing I use a stepstool..
