SSHEVY
I am looking to buy some new rubbers for the SS..i may even buy new rims while im there. I currently have alloy 20 inch stockers with stock tires 275/55/20...i may decide on 22's (black with the chrome lip) and i have some choices with tire sizes.. either 305/30/22, 285/30/22 or 265/35/22..i want more of a low pro because i think it looks stupid with a high sidewall. do u guys have some pics or comments to help me.. thanks everyone. rivierakid55
i wouldnt even consider the first two. the third would be okay if you had it lowered about 4 inches. go with a 305X40X22 or a 285X45 or 40X22. it will be quite a bit shorter sidewall either way than the stockers. KJT13
I'm with Brad. 305/40/
OUT2WIN
I think the 305/40/22 is a nice tire but I was thinking of trading to a 295/30/22 before I found out they made a 305/30/22. My SS replicas are 22x10 so I want the widest tire I can get and still be able to clear a 5/7 drop. These are all phone pics *be easy on me* Here is a 305/40/22 Next to the stockers Stock wheel/tire up front, 305/40/22 out back

xXThRoWeD817Xx
well i would go with 265/35/22 maybe this low size tire only looks good if you drop it like this ill pull up some old pics of its stock height if you wish (yes i know its not an ss)

steelin3rd
anyone have pics of a 285/45/22, especially a 22 replica? i have 305/35/24's now(no rub, no drop), and am about to go down to 22's for more rubber.(still want no rub, no drop) the set up i have now just isnt enough tire for me. i am getting the 22 replicas, but not sure whether to go with 305/40/22's or 285/45/22's.
