The_aSSet Posted September 17, 2012 Report Share Posted September 17, 2012 Paint the color you want the raised part to be, make sure you have good build up with the paint, then paint whatever you want the rest of the covers to be over that. Only issue is I’m conflicted with color themes. My truck’s exterior body paint is “cashmere” (goldish tan?). I want to keep it that way but I am just lost as to what color to use in the engine bay.
