We found out the # 1 cylinder was leaking some oil, but it must have been a pre-existing condition seeing as how when I replaced the head to the MTI's the stocker #1 was completely fouled. Didn't think anything of it at the time, though it was the head. Long story short, I bought a used engine that had fire damage to save some time. We are going to keep the 241 head and replace the valve springs and swap the cam and everything else, drop her back in and hopefully start tuning again this weekend. I guess the good thing is now I can get the engine forged w/o any down time and I still get to drive the truck. If it ever gets done.
