SS Silv Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 Not to be a hater..but I have went thru one ballasts which was replaced in about 30 days, all I paid was shipping for a replacement, I had to mail the faulty one and then wait for a replacement...another one went out a few days ago...I'm sure I could get it replaced for no charge but I would have to pay for shipping the ballasts again and prolly wait another 30 days or more since its the Holidays. The lights are awesome and the customer service is awesome..just watch out for the ballasts. #2 ballast for me. But a #1 for customer service. He was willing to replace or refund. willn333 Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 Hey bgdsub72, just got around to installing the kit that you sent me and right when I plugged in the driver's side it worked great, no problems, but then I plug into the passenger's side and no light. willn333 Posted March 3, 2008 Report Share Posted March 3, 2008 Yep definately burned out. I took the cover off and the IC is burnt. Also, a couple of places on the board are burned. I am not sure if this is the original manufacturer of the WIZ kits, but they do sell the same ballast, so worse case I could get one from them for $49.99 and I wouldn't be out a whole new kit.
