haynss
btw...you still got that old cam you used to have? prior to the sts? nah i think i sold that one to justin, jnash....the only cam i have left is my stocker...shit ive been through 4 or 5 cams now 242/242 - damn! Did the lifters show any wear or damage? Also, I know CompRs are going in, were they in there already or is this the first time in? I got a little confused. nah the lifters didnt really show a damage maybe just normal wear so thats good, i guess tackle the problem before major stuff happens, but there were a little weak, so we just swapped all of them instead of trying to figure out which one was bad. CompRs are going back in or should i say are back in, they were in there before. The are loaded @ .0052, i know you mentioned Comp recommends .002-.006. Like the new cam? should be something like 242/242 .560s/.560s 114 vs the old one 241/247 .588/.594 113.

Posi12Bolt
Best I can do as far help goes, is these guys, they seem to be very M90 smart.http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_prix/index.php ok, you guys ought to find this amusing!!! emailed them for some info... THEY WERE NO HELP! here is the email conversation... me: Live Support Message Delivery: I installed an M90 setup on my 2003 Silverado LQ9 AWD truck along with 42# injectors, 255# walbro fuel pump and a dyno tune. Problem is I am only seeing 1.4# of boost max during our dyno runs, it made 330 rwhp which is low as the 6.0L is a 345bhp engine to begin with. It pulls hard but I feel with the parts I have and the M90 it should have much more boost. Can I run a smaller pulley and increase the boost? I know the M90 for the silverado was originally intended for '99-'01 5.3L trucks, is there a problem with running it on my 6.0L? Any help would be great! thanks Brian response: Did you purchase any of your parts from us? Zooomer Owner ZZPerformance.com me: no I did not, but from your website it looks like you guys know your stuff response: we do but are understaffed and only offer tech support for specific items we have sold. Time is $. Zooomer Owner ZZPerformance.com me: ok, well thanks for nothing! I was asking for help with a problem which MAY lead to buying new parts, pulleys, belts, etc... I guess I'll figure it out myself and buy my parts somewhere else. I don't get it, I figured a place that's sells parts for a particular item might want their (potential) customers to understand some issues with them and want to help correct them, that's what makes return customers or am I wrong? oh well...thanks for your TIME$ ~Brian WTF OVER?!?!?! those guys SUCK! ~Brian
