Posi12Bolt
Justin(F8L) told me you might be the one to talk to about my magnacharger issue...? its the older (pre-radix) centrifugal (sp.) blower... I'll get the pn. later if needed... I put 42# injectors, walbro 255# fuel pump, and dyno tuned by Keith at FFP... problem I have is it only makes 1.4# boost at max! wtf??? Keith didnt know or didnt go into details about why... I was wondering if I could just downsize my pulley to up the boost or what? any insite would be cool! ~Brian btw... it only put down 330 rwhp Edited March 5, 2006 by Escalade SS (see edit history)
BenKey
Sounds like more problems than just a pulley. Isn't easier to send a PM?

Posi12Bolt
so you have the older sidemount m90 ? if so, even on a 6L that is way low does it look like this? that is exactly what it looks like!! any ideas? what pulley do you have on it currently? i got the setup used from a dealer take-off (trade-in) type of deal... so I have no idea what pulley is on it...but I was told it was on a 6.0 H2 and ran like a raped ape before being removed! The M90 is a very nice unit and is actually slightly more efficient than a Radix. http://www.magnusonproducts.com/ Edited March 5, 2006 by moregrip (see edit history)

BUT i dunno, do you know if the radix pulley's will fit the M90? Might try that first... ~Brian

I hope this works... then it'll just be about getting Keith to re-tune it!
haynss
my shit is still at the shop, pushrods were 25/1000s too long with new cam. Actually looked at my old cam and it looks fine, normal wear/tear but nothing that should have caused me to have to get a new one...little bitter about that, i think its because keith found his old "cam" guy in a Florida conference he went to and talked about my truck and his recommendation was going with the 242/242 because of where the turbo sat for exhaust...so i might be selling my old cam
BenKey
242/242 - damn! Did the lifters show any wear or damage? Also, I know CompRs are going in, were they in there already or is this the first time in? I got a little confused.
