It has the stock gear (3.23) and is a little soft but when the dealer installed the 20's, they flashed the ECM which helped the shifting somewhat. I really don't find it too bad considering it's a 4.8 pushing 20's. ouch, 4.8L with 20's and the 3.23 gear. you really need a 4.10 gear swap in that thing. it would drive so much better. running it so tall geared just assures that the 3-4 clutches will give way.
