  1. 2003 Silverado SS AWD I currently have a roll pan on the back of my truck (no bumper). This does not allow the full size spare tire to be mounted in the OEM location under the bed. The full-size spare tire has been just sitting in the bed of the truck for several years and I would like to take it out permanently. I "think" that I can potentially get small spare tire top fit in the OEM location underneath the bed. Is it possible to TEMPORARILY run a small spare tire in an emergency situation without completely destroying the drive train? I always carry a can of fix-a-flat in my vehicles, but it wont always work in some situations. So I need to keep a spare available somehow. Thanks for your input.
  2. I'm currently looking to replace my aftermarket 22's for factory OEM chrome wheels. I am located in South Florida for the next six months before I head back to North Carolina. Hit me up ASAP I'm ready get my SS back to the original look.
  3. sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area but I'm having difficulty on tire size i just got a 4-6 drp kit for my regular cab short box and was trying to fit a good size tire on it i have oem silverado ss wheels and i have rolled fenders any one know the specs to this truck i really want to have a look very similar to this one. i found this over a rgv website the one who posted it said the owner was from silveradoss.com but i can't seem to find any info on his specs. is he at a 5-7 drop or does anyone know thank you for the help and again sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area
  4. I was wondering what size tire you guys would recommend on a 4/6 drop running on OEM ss wheels? The reason I ask is I have seen several people say that the 275/45/20 rubs, but then again their offset may have been different. I hit the side of the bed often with my tire sidewall running a 285/50/20 on a 2/4 drop and don't want this to happen when I go lower. Thanks!
  5. I HAVE 4 MATCHING USED AND IN GREAT SHAPE GOODYEAR TIRES THEY ARE: GOODYEAR GTII SIZE: 285/50R20 THEY ARE IN GOOD SHAPE STILL DECENT AMOUNT OF TREAD LEFT! $200 FOR SSS.COM MEMBERS NO SHIPPING. FOR PICK UP ONLY
  6. I am selling the chrome bumper off my 2006 Silverado along with the spare hoist that holds the spare tire underneath the truck. I got a roll pan on it last year and these parts have just been in storage so I figured I'd sell them. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow but the bumper is in great shape. No dings, scratches on the chrome, etc. It comes with everything you need to bolt it right on as well. The spare hoist the same, I know this is a common part that breaks so I figure this one will sell faster. I can't imagine why someone with an SS truck would want one of these but I figured maybe one of the guys with a regular Silverado might be interested. Not sure if the SS trucks take the same spare hoist but I figured I'd post it on here just incase. Pm me if you are interested, thanks!
