  1. Ok folks, anyone who's tried to put abears, or edlebrock coil\valve covers on, know you can have issues with clearance either the firewall, the alternator, your procharger, or all the above. PLUS.. anyone see many abears for sale? I sure don't.. and the only companies I found that made similar covers, wanted over $1200 or more for them, with a no return\exchange policy.. nutso. the only way you'd get a set of abear like covers was to wait YEARS for someone to finally want to sell a set. I had been searching for years for my own set.. finally I contacted Wegner Motorports.. they had a bad ass set of covers... but there were clearance issues with them in the trucks. I worked for the past year with Wegner Motorsports to design these.. Here is your first look at the first production set! Without further delay, I give you..the Wegner Coil and Valve covers for the LS platform! I will have a write up on installing these, which will also cover what parts you will need in addition.. so far, you'll need different coils (the GM LS3\LS7 coil, AC Delco part number 12611424, and you'll have to plumb your PCV system accordingly. These come with provisions for -6 AN fittings on either cover and you'll have to design your PCV according to your own application. When compared to the old abears, I can tell you these are a nicer design. The coils sit in the top, instead of the base, the tops are also vented to allow heat out (the abears were sealed, and I always head complaints about them cooking coils.. never experienced it myself). You get all the bolts, AND GASKETS to put these in. They are CNC'd out of aluminum.. not cheap, not flimsy. have some weight to them.. nicely designed! They come black anodized, and can be custom engraved, Engraving is an extra $100 on top of the cost of these, You can get them polished, that is an extra $50 on top of the cost of these. The base price for you all, if I can get 10 of you together, will be $850 plus a shipping charge, depending on where you are.. If you're interested, please reply on this posting.
