  1. GET THE BEST ON THE MARKET 4L80E to NVG149 SHAFT RIGHT HERE!!! 2 shafts available for immediate shipping from Mark Williams!! $851 shipped to lower 48 states. This is precision machined shaft from Mark Williams (http://markwilliams.com/). Completely new, NOT resplined oem input shaft. It is going to be superior quality as always with Mark Williams, a top of the line producer of custom drive line parts, and it`s made from 4340 steel and heat treated in house by them. There has been some interest in the TBSSOWNERS.COM(where I`m a vendor) and silveradoss.com also , so this will be on there too, here is the link to both https://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/gm-drivetrain-suspension-22/4l80e-nvg149-input-shaft-coupler-group-purchase-550129/#post5418006 http://www.tbssowners.com/forums/awd-front-diff-axle-transfer-case/228410-4l80e-nvg149-input-shaft-coupler-group-purchase.html#post3519330 Thanks, Pete
  2. This truck has too much to list quickly, I communicate best on the phone and would appreciate interested people giving me a chance to speak with them for 5 minutes to see if this might be a truck you are interested in. The skinny: 78,000 miles Stock interior/exterior lq9 block - built internals - (race shop in winchester 10k invested) Borg Warner Turbo Custom 5" exhaust - Serviceable 4L80e Trans with billet converter sourced from a camaro dragster (has trans brake) Modified input on stock AWD transfercase steel rear driveshaft AMS Boost control Methanol injection WORKING A/C and Stereo Hydra boost conversion for brakes Electric cooling fans tuned with HP tuners - boost levels= gate pressure, 10, 15 - anything you want to go with max I have tested is 18 asking 25K but willing to discuss - I already have a low offer to entertain. Video walkthrough and all questions answered for those who take the time to speak on the phone with me - Mike Hogarty - 540-409-1967 Thank you for your interest!
  3. So I am planning on swapping to a 4L80e and a guy is selling a built one, but it has a stand alone ECM and wiring. So I am wondering if this is a good way to go or not. Also if I did go this route would the transmission Temp Gauge work or would I have to do something to get it to work. Any info would be great. Thanks!
  4. I was looking for a 4l80e and a scrap yard is offering me one for 650. Is this a good price? Located in Saskatchewan must also be taken into consideration.
  5. Was looking at eventually getting a beefier tranny because blowing a 4l60e/year isnt reasonable. Where would i find a decent transmission? What do you know about salvaging parts from wrecks: http://www.sgi.sk.ca/lcgi/salvage_bid_site/comp_details.cgi?stock_num=R132932&store=Regina
  6. I am putting a built 4l80e in my 2003 Silverado SS, it has a cammed LQ9 and STS turbo kit, which I plan on running around 12 PSI. Just wondering what is the best brand and speed of torque Converter to get with this set up? I was thinking of either a 3200 or 3500 for stall speeds; I never haul anything with it and don't drive it very much. Also what is the best aftermarket cooler to run with the 4l80e? thanks Also not to get off topic but does anyone of any input on injector I should run; Brand and size.... Also is a FAST RT intake 102MM worth the money? Thanks for any input
