Okay, i have an 03 ss silverado with headers, intake, electric fans, cooler thermostat, exhaust and a twin screw magnuson supercharger. Im looking to buy some cams and a torque conveter witj about a 3200 stall in it. What kind of cams do you all run or reccomend? I need to know exactly the dimensions and all. And what kind of torque converter? Do i have to change anything else for cams and a converter? And another question is would it hurt my truck to run more boost on it? Any info will help!!! After dropping my clone my ISS seems to sit way high to me . There is no way I am gonna air chisel the rivets off on that nice of a truck so I was wondering if in the future I were to drop it how well the lowering leafs worked? I hear that belltech and mcgaughys sell them and I know that would be a whole lot easier to put on and return to stock if decided to later down the road. Would it ride a lot rougher than with the hanger & shackle set up or not? Thanks for all the input!

I was looking around and ran across this picture of an ss clone. I think this bowtie would like sick on my intimidator since it looks to be black with a silver outline, was just wondering if anyone knew where I could find one of these at? I've searched around the web a little but no luck, might just have to have the body shop paint me one. My other idea would be to get a shopmans bowtie powder coated black with silver SS letters, what do guys think would look best?

I am selling the chrome bumper off my 2006 Silverado along with the spare hoist that holds the spare tire underneath the truck. I got a roll pan on it last year and these parts have just been in storage so I figured I'd sell them. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow but the bumper is in great shape. No dings, scratches on the chrome, etc. It comes with everything you need to bolt it right on as well. The spare hoist the same, I know this is a common part that breaks so I figure this one will sell faster. I can't imagine why someone with an SS truck would want one of these but I figured maybe one of the guys with a regular Silverado might be interested. Not sure if the SS trucks take the same spare hoist but I figured I'd post it on here just incase. Pm me if you are interested, thanks!

This is my 2006 Silverado 1500 LT with the L33 5.3L Vortec, 4L60E trans, Volant CAI, and Cortex Superchips Tune. (on lift, not actual level.) Last year about this time my transmission bit the dust. my 2-4 split had seen better days. Although i know exactly why it went ;). Anyways I have had a need for speed and am wanting to make my silverado a pony pusher. I eventually want to get a cam but still havent decided. But i saw on summit racing some shift kits for my truck and didn't know what was good and what wasn't. And I also have looked at a stall York 3000, I think(it has been a while since i last looked). I was wondering if this is; A. nessicary, and; B worth the money.

I recently acquired a 2003 silverado ss that had been written off in an accident. I'm afraid that the accident damaged a couple of the body cladding pieces on the drivers side, and I almost choked when I checked the prices from GM. I need the piece for the third door, and the small piece on the back of the cab directly behind it. If anyone could direct me to somewhere I can get quality for better prices than the dealership is demanding, it would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking to trade my 24" GIO custom black powdercoated wheels and tires for a set of silverado ss Or trailblazer ss wheels and tires, preferably 22" but open to 20". I am just looking for a change. These wheels and tires cost me $3600 but I am just looking for a strait up trade. Pattern is the same as ss wheels 6x5.5. SOLD I have a set of 4 Silver OEM SS Wheels off of my 2004 Silverado SS. No curb rash just some spots from the wheel weights.
