I have an 09' Ram crew cab for work and let me tell you it rides like a Cadillac... I know it won't carry as much as my 08 Sierra but I'd take that new Dodge ride over the GM's any day.. 90mph on the hwy feels like you're riding on air.. This one has the 4.7 with 310hp and it kicked another guys 08 Silverado's ass from a stop to the tune of about 4 cars by 80.. No lie.. I wonder what those Rams with the new hemi will run? My friend's 08 Sierra Denali with a CAi/Tune feels like a 13.7 truck to me.. Should be a good run.

nice setup, just beware of the TBSS's with converters.. i went from 12.95 to a 12.54 with just a Vig 9.5" 3200... zalthough i have seen a few TBSS's with converters running a low 13?? maybe driver error or inability? get that thing to the track and put some numbers down ;)

even with the TC?? you guys (SSS) need to watch out for the new Tundras.. forget the TBSS's lol... hearing they're running high 13's with 1.9 60's (short bed 2WD's) have read on other forums about guys running low-mid 14's with Ext/Dbl cabs, 4x4... pretty insane..

shame you can't tune them though, they leave alot on the table... and I don't think you'll see 500hp in one anytime soon.. especially with Daimler-Chryslers current situation being unknown.. (and $4.00+ gas prices a couple months away)

I had an LS4 equipped GrandPrix GXP (05') it was quite fast for stock.. here's a slip mind you in 29* weather it spun at 1/4 throttle out to the 60' mark before I could even drop the hammer and STILL went this quick.. but in the street if you're over-anxious they can light the tires a good 150' at even 3/4 throttle (done it, on purpose, even w/o a locking diff it blew both 255's off the rims) so you can hook and be gone before they know it.. btw the Monte/Impala SS has a 3.23 gear the GrandPrix has a 2.93, so they should technically be quicker. mine was car #102 right lane (left lane was an 05' Acura TL) this was the car, day I traded it in for the TBSS (I couldn't resist the LS2 )

interesting? someone else brought up the 97x... I will have to check Saab out then, they are nice looking and have an ALL aluminum front end. a Dam Envoy Denali is $560/mo! loaded Envoy SLT is $479 & a FWD stripper Acadia is $479... GM, you're killin me..

no doubt... I am contemplating another TBSS or a Rainier, they are treating the new Tahoes/Yukons like they are the greates thing since sliced bread.. you know as soon as Gas goes back up in the summer again they will be giving them away .. I vcan't wait that long.. quoted $609/39mos on a 4WD Tahoe sticker of $43,000+.. ridiculous... what's the residual? 40%?? or the loan rate must be insanely high..

well I guess that's good, that it was only a couple weeks ago? this drives me crazy.. now the finance on leasing is up to 6.5+%!! I had 2.5% on my Envoy that's going back and now I'm up against this outrageous finance rate for leasing.. they have 0% for 60mos, but I don't want to buy ANYTHING.. I hate anything more than 3yrs old you know?

Anyone know what they're going for? I am looking at them now.. I was quoted 4 or 5 mos ago Zero down tax in pymnt, $565 39mo 10k yr all exc 20"wheels (LT3 loaded) with them paying first month.. are they still going for that or what? My guy wont even quote me a price right now he says the current lease deal is horrible... I need to buy by 3/15 (GM card extra $1000 expires, have $2400+ already)
