  1. You will also need Fel - pro valve cover gaskets VS50504R
  2. That's something the admins might be able to help you with. We moderators don't have that ability. You'll have to PM Josh and maybe he can work it out. He isn't on here much.
  3. Update - anyone buying the Proform valve covers, the MSD wires recommend by the manufacturer are way too tight. The #7 and #8 wires keep popping off the spark plugs. Taylor 73253 or a variant of thst number (different wire colors) are a great alternative as you can cut the wire to the proper length. You will need Taylor LS1 coil boot 46069 to crimp on these for a Gen III application. I'm installing them tomorrow.
  4. I went with Proform 141-264, but there are several different styles. 69521 is the corresponding coil relocation brackets. You will need MSD 39849 wires to work with the relocation brackets.
  5. Summit Racing sells them. Proform makes them along with corresponding coil relocation brackets. I'm currently in the middle of installing these on my truck now.
  6. Hi gents. I will be coming alone this year. I added Ken to the list also, he's always there rain or shine.
  7. Thanks guys, it's been a crazy 48 hours. I edited the post and added my son's length.
  8. Sorry to hear Joe. This is why I'm apprehensive to take mine out of the garage. Way too much of this going on the last few years.
  9. You sure it's not the ABS kicking on? A warped rotor would be more constant in the pedal. Might want to check your Hubs for wear also.....
  10. You are one of the original members here, never thought I'd see the day you were thinking of parting with the SSS.
  11. Welcome back Larry, was it you that bought my old Hypertech programmer years ago?
  12. As we all know, today marks the 14th anniversary of the attacks on our nation. Today I ask all my fellow members here on SSS.com to take a moment of silence to reflect on our 3,093 fellow Americans who lost their lives that horrific day over one decade ago, those who have lost their lives to disease since, and to reflect on our troops for all they have sacrificed to keep the United States safe from terrorism. Also, please keep our nations law enforcement officers in your thoughts and prayers today in light of recent events. Let's never forget September 11, 2001. In Memoriam: Lieutenant John P. 13. Healthy cam, a good stall, long tubes, and a good tuner will get you where you want to go.
  14. Hello everyone, the last 2 months or so have been insane. Immediately following the Carlisle GM Nationals, my father wound up needing triple bypass surgery. The operation was successful, and he is finally back to work and driving again. My Uncle underwent treatment for throat cancer around the same time. He has just finished his treatments and is slowly recovering. All of this, not to mention I've been working a ton of OT as well. Last but not least, my life is going to change come March 2016. My wife and I are pregnant with our first child! What's new around here everyone?
  15. That was Krambo's SS, had the privilege of seeing it in person and help turn a wrench during that build. Kevin is still here on the boards from time to time.
  16. *BUMP* If you guys are going to pre-register, do it before May 26, Gate-n-go ends and you will not get your window sticker until you arrive. http://www.carlisleevents.com/carlisle-events/carlisle-gm-nationals/carlisle-gm-nationals-detail.aspx?detailid=616
