oh man you beat me too it.... i was planin on a console shifter mod for a while but cash is always an issue, i figured i would end up doin it when it was time for a new tranny... glad to see that it worked and relatively easy too... looks great bro... and that 408 is sweet... JOE

first thanx for the complement and welcome to the forum theres tons of great info on here... Isnt unsitrut a channel like kindorf... kindorf was actually my first thought, however how would u be able to attach everything if one side is open... i thought bout laying it on its side but then i didnt think it would support the weight, so if figured i could add a piece of steel on the side to close it all up but then all i did was make a square tube... the main problem is i couldnt find it w/ the dimensions i was looking for... ill have to check out the unistrut stuff it maybe an easier/better way to go... JOE

any one have a part number to fix this problem....

my wipers went on by themselves and wouldn't shutoff, i just want to make sure the pulse board is the part that i need to change.... i also checked the part # that zippy provided " 88958136 " and in the description on gmpartsdirect it say its a "cover kit"..... anyone got a different part number
