Is there a specific reason you have to have it right now? If you are looking for a good tuner in Vegas you won't find better than Zippy and it would be worth the wait.

Ebay is your best bet. The SS does not have a specific center console so a console from any 03-06 silverado, sierra, tahoe, or yukon will work.

That sucks. Does not look too bad though. I did not see it, but my father in law said he saw my old SS and the entire passenger side was beat to hell. Plus he got rid of my tinted tails, yet he made a big deal about how bad he wanted them

Looks good! But a 12 month or 12k warranty is crap! Gm Gauge Guy aka Silverado777 offers a lifetime warranty on all work. That concerns me that they may have used inferior parts, but maybe not

As far as I know they do not make any, and if they do I can only imagine that they look like crap. Fender flares look good on lifted or stock trucks, but not an the SS

Toyo Proxes ST II's Now I have never had the ST II's but I had the original ST's and they were amazing in the rain, snow and dry. And everything I have heard that if you like the ST's you will absolutely love the ST II's because they are just better in every way.

My best with the same mods as you was 14.67 so it might be possible for you to get mid 14's A lot will depend on elevation, temperature, etc.... When I ran 14.67 it was an elevation of 200ft and it was about 70 outside, when I made runs in Phoenix the elevation is like 1200 and it was around 100 degrees My best was 15.1

I don't see why it would effect reception if you paint it.

Well I don't see anything coming out of this. The Supreme Court just ruled against the EPS's new coal rules, and they are going to be deciding soon whether or not the EPA even has the right to create all these new rules. The EPA was established to enforce environmental rules regulations that were passed by congress (clean air act, clean water act, etc...), but over the last 40 years they have slowly become more and more powerful and now they create there own rules without the consent of congress, yet no one has done anything about it. It frustrates me because I use to work in the environmental field and I could see the rediculousness of the EPA's power.

Since it is not the original engine in the truck I would say its a no brainier to go with the LS swap, if your willing to do that work that is.

Whatever you do don't put on a set of goodyears like came with these trucks stock. What a POS tire. I had to replace my goodyears at 18K miles. My Toyo Proxes ST's lasted about 60k miles. They handles great, they were quiet and lasted a long time. And what I have been told is that the ST II's are even better

This topic has been covered a million times. It really is up to you and how much you want to spend. One of the pros of a super chargers is they usually are easier to install and require no modifications to the exhaust. Also you have instant power. With a turbo you have to modify your exhaust and figure out a way to get oil to the turbo. Turbos have more lag, but it seems like Turbos usually create more power.
