Sorry if this isn't the proper place to post this, but it seemed like the best choice. I know its a bit of a shot in the dark, because I doubt many people on this site live in Alberta, but if so, can anyone recommend a good shop in the Edmonton area for getting performance mods done to my truck??? Preferably a shop that has experience working with Chevy trucks or SS's. I'm thinking of getting a shift kit and torque converter.

I raced a friend from work in his STI and beat him, haha. My 2003 has exhaust, CAI, and a Diablosport programmer. We raced from a dead stop on the highway coming home from work. I figured he'd beat me because STI's are pretty nice, but I knew I had a chance because he didn't seem like the kind of guy to know how to really drive a car like that. I ended up being right, hahaha. You could tell he sucked ass at shifting gears cuz I would watch him reel me in, in my rear view mirror, and then right when he'd switch gears he'd fall back, hahaha. Nothing puts a bigger smile on my face than beating those stupid rice rockets, haha.

Hahaha. Well, my favourite team is Calgary. Kipper's phenomenal in net, and with more offensive fire power from Iginla, Conroy, Tanguay, Langkow, and Huselius, the playoffs should be interesting to say the least. Dion Phaneuf is a deadly defenseman, as are Regehr and Warrener. If you're an Edmonton fan...well...that's too bad. Haha. Did I mention I work with Rhett Warrener's uncle??? Yeah...I'm that cool. Hahaha

Yeah, I figured as much. It's not that big of a deal though, I was just curious. It would be nice to have one here though.

Yeah, I've been looking around the site on info about tunes and programmers. Seems a tune is the way to go. I've been thinking about the whole Zippy tune deal, so if anyone has any info on how the whole thing works, that would be great. I don't know a whole lot about tunes or how they work.

Hey, I live in Canada, so ordering stuff from within the country usually beats ordering from the U.S. Does anyone know of any good vendors or sites that are within Canada??? Thanks

Hey Everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. My names Corey and I'm from Anzac, Alberta. Up north by the oilfield mecca of Fort McMurray for anyone who knows where that is, haha. I've been a member of the site for a while and I gotta say thanks to everyone who shares their info, I've learned a lot. I have a Black 2003 AWD SS with full exhaust and a Volant CAI on the way. Already looking ahead for another mod if anyone has suggestions.
