  1. bump I'll take $80 which includes shipping.
  2. Hello all, I traded my 2006 Silverado SS in a couple months ago and no longer have a use for the stock PCM that I had laying around. The PCM was in my truck for a couple months until I had the truck tuned and purchased a spare to put the tune on so I could keep the stock if ever needed. It's been sitting in a box in my closet for almost 7 years now and looks like new. I'm asking $80 + $10 shipping. PM me if your interested. Thanks, Daryl
  3. Got the truck washed this past weekend and it looks like after sealing the lenses again they are good to go. Now with the leak taken care of, we'll see how they hold up to normal abuse. I may pick these up since the headlights look like crap now, haha: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chevy-Silverado-Avalanche-Pickup-Truck-Headlights-Headlamps-Pair-Set-NEW-/310659131484?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4854ba285c&vxp=mtr
  4. The new lights look good. Also, I took the truck to the car wash and found that one of the new lenses was leaking, so off they came and I sealed the hell out of them. So now to see if they do it again the next time.
  5. I had the wiring harness that came with the truck and it plugged in under the dash by the drivers door.
  6. Here is a pic of the Fuse Block under the hood, I dont remember which of the fuses it was now, but I think it's one of the two that I have marked in the photo. It's possible that you will only have one missing. Hope that this helps
  7. The wiring that came with my truck also had a fuse attached to it which I had to install under the hood. I don't remember which fuse it was, but if needed I could figure out which it was and snap a pic if that would help.
  8. I kinda figured that what it was, and since they come with HID's it's not a bad price really. Good luck on the quality, hopefully they are decent.
  9. Let me know how they are, but $45 for shipping seems like they are trying to make some money on the side there, haha.
  10. That's what I was worried about with the cost, but for $8 what can you expect I guess. I was thinking of putting sealant around the joint to make sure they are sealed well, not sure if that would help with them fogging up. Maybe I should look into a slightly thicker gasket for the sockets as well to create a tighter seal around those.
  11. Hey Guys, I just picked up some new TYC turn signal lenses from RockAuto and they were dirt cheap, $8 each before shipping, and was wondering if anyone else has them and how they are holding up. Here is a pic of the stockers and the new ones (the fogging look on the stock ones was starting to annoy me). If I remember, I'll post an update once I've had them a while to see how they hold up. RockAuto also has some headlamp lenses for about $30 each that I'm debating on picking up since those look old now, haha. Thanks, Daryl
  12. Congrats on paying her off, I did that late last year and not having to send in that payment each month is quite nice. It was one of the reason's I decided not to get rid of the truck yet .
  13. Here are the two that I have: Springfield 1911 A1 .45ACP Remington 700 .223 (it now has a different scope on it)

    Mpg?

I think that most of us have that information in our profile and it shows under our names on the left.

    Mpg?

And here I thought the 10.9 mpg I've gotten on my last few tanks was lower, haha. My average though would probably be right around 12 mpg.
  16. Wow, didn't think it would be quite that low. But that would explain why I don't really see any Silver Bitch other than mine around here.
  17. I was thinking the same thing, I was really dissappointed when I saw the Ram SRT10 and no SSS!
  18. I just looked mine up again and it may have dropped a bit, but not a whole lot.
  19. Since I've decided to keep the truck for now, I've been wanting to do a cam and headers for a LONG time, but we'll see if that happens.
  20. Mine has done that function since day one. I think the truck is just smart enough to be able to tell once it's started and will crank until that happens. I normally hold the key in the start position for a second and then let it start. I can't say that it's on all the truck, but at least 2006. I'm not positive, but I think my buddies 2003 Tahoe does the same thing.
  21. Sorry for the lack of response until now... as I was scanning in some docs on the truck I came across the info from my SnugLid SL... Maybe this will help you out. http://gamma.sitelutions.com/~viper489/SilveradoSS/SnuglidSL_Install_Directions.pdf I scanned in the install docs that came with it, it may give you what your looking for better than just a picture of it on the bed of the truck.
  22. I just replaced mine earlier this year with an Optima Yellow Top as well, I got about 6 years out of the original. I actually replaced it before I HAD to, and I also have stereo equipment putting more of a drain on it.
