  1. Does anyone have any long term feedback on the G Force tires. I am getting set up with Rim and Tire Distributors. I am trying to figure out what set of rims and tires I want them to throw at me for my business. I love the look of those BFG. But I have heard the road noise is somewhat high. Especially after about 10,000 miles on the tire. Any one have first hand knowledge? I like this Zinik. I also like this wheel by American Racing. I like this MB. I also like this Gunmetal Liguidmetal.

    Remote Start

Astrostart for sure. They have the furthest range and the most features. You can even have it set up so you can turn your heated seats on and off. I have one on my truck and love it. I can't remember what the range is but it's at least double everyone elses. But they aren't techincally approved by the FCC. I put in the 1105. http://www.astroflex.com/index.php?module=CMS&id=15
  3. Prodigy brake controller is what you want. It plugs in under the dash. Really simple. It should take you a half hour to install it if you have the wiring harness from Chevy to plug it in to the stock plug. The nice thing about the Prodigy is the ability to take it out when you aren't using it. It has plug in the back so you can diconnect the controller and leave the wiring behind. I plug mine in and leave it on the floor. I can have one shipped to you for under a $200. Suggested retail is $229.
  4. I also detail cars. A full detail on a SUV is $269. So I would charge at least twice that. There is a guy down the street that gets $599 for a full detail on a truck and gets it all day long. Of course he is extremely good. If you do a good job I think that $500 isn't out of the question. I washed the outside and steam cleaned the interior of a Semi the other day with a sleeper and charged $350 and they guy never even hesitated. Don't underestimate what someone is willing to pay. He seems like he is already committed. Shoot him a price and work down. You can never work your way up. Go high and come down.
  5. I am in the aftermarket biz. Trust me there isn't a dealership in this country that installs their own sunroofs. They may tell you they do. But I guarantee you if you checked your mileage before you took it in and after you got it back it will have been driven somewhere to have the work done. They won't touch a sunroof with a 10 ft. pole. I would love to have one in my truck. I just can't stomach cutting a hole in the flames that are on the roof.
  6. Okay I think I have my answer. One of the sites on Ebay says no HID lights. I wonder it that is just to cover their ass because they know HID's are illegal? Haynss you have the chrome housing? How much did you pay? You need to give me the whole set up so I can quite asking questions. I have wanted lights like that since the day I bought the truck. Damn I hope I can use HID's.
  7. Have you tried thos lights with and HID conversion kit? Or do you know anyone that has tried it? I would love to have those with my HID conversion kit. Do your lights have the factory bulbs in them?
  8. I just read up on them. Looks like a nice rig. That thing has to be expensive considering all the customization you can do.
  9. I have never heard of a MB before and I have been around water my whole life. Then I checked the site. It's from Cali. No wonder I haven't heard of it. We mostly see Nautique, Mastercraft, Malibu, Supra, Moomba around here. Is that a small company? It looks like there is only one dealer withing 100 miles of me. And there are boat dealers out the arse around here. My dad boat a Chris Craft Launch 22 to piss off all the neighbors last year. It has through hull side exhaust that flat rocks the windows. He hates all the damn do gooders on our lake. Likes to ruffle the feathers. Look for it in the new James Bond Movie. It's a very classy yet sporty boat. I thought the flag was kind of gay at first but it starts to grow on you after a while. We are kind of past the skiing stage. The pictures don't do it justice. I have never seen a boat that sits on the water any nicer than this one. Runs like a raped ape!! http://www.chriscraftboats.com/launch_22_oview.aspx I agree with backinblack. You might think about changing out those trailer guides. They are going to be hell on the boat when you are loading that boat. The flexibly ones are much more user friendly.
  10. I think I would jump on one of these pretty quick also. I did a bunch of research for a guy the other day that wanted a grill for his 07 Tahoe. There is some obscure company in CA that is making a pretty cool one for the 07 tahoe. When I get to work tomorrow I will post pictures. Here are a couple that came to mind tonight. http://www.carriageworksinc.com/products/43012.html http://www.trexbillet.com/index.php?compid...c=101&dealer=no http://www.trexbillet.com/index.php?compid...c=101&dealer=no
  11. Nice truck. But you need to ditch those hideous circa 1989 rims that Chevy seems to put on all their trucks. I wish someone there had a clue about what sells these days. Maybe they wouldn't be on the brink of bankruptcy. I am not even sure why they don't come standard with 20's. Seems ridiculous to me. Off my soapbox. It's good for me though. I have already talk to a couple guys that have bought them and want new rims and tires.
  12. Man I am swamped today at work. If I get a second to come up for air I will try and scan the pictures. You will probably be getting your copy this morning if I had to guess.
  13. Yes that is a very very very large Carp. I do not discriminate especially a big fish.
  14. If you get something let us know. I am guessing you have received everything that you are going to get by your name being put in the magazine. But it's still pretty cool. I will try and submit some next year. We have been doing some pretty cool stuff the last couple of weeks. Check out this Ram we outfitted. Sprayed damn near the whole truck with Line-X. Side View Front Bumper Sprayed With Line-X Bushwacker Fender Flares, Rocker Panels Sprayed and NFAB Step Bars sprayed Close Up of Rocker Panel and NFAB Step Bars Over The Rail Line-X Liner, Tarpon Glasscape, Transfer Tank and Dog Box
  15. Yeah a silver mustang, a dodge ram, candy apple red charger, red and black mustang. What did you do to the other vehicles? A couple I can see obvious mods but the Dodge Ram looks pretty stock and so does the silver Mustang.
