Has anyone ever contacted Under Pressure. I wonder if they are doing the conversion and what it costs. -
getting ready to start trans swap and had a question. If I have an 80e torque converter and 80e flexplate I shouldn't need the crank spacer should I?
-
I can't believe it's 30 bucks for that 12 inches of braided line with no fittings. Mine has plugs screwed in where they should go. I was looking at this pic maybe that balance tube would help some with my fuel problem.
-
does the radix come with a fuel crossover for the front and rear? I've been looking at some pictures of other peoples and it looks like they have a front crossover as mine does not. Just curious to see if I'm missing something.

how many miles are on it? Also this is the stardust finish isn't it? thanks beau

man that sucks. Did the cop say meow at anytime? Maybe you guys are on the next super troopers and just don't know it. I hope everything works out for you.

I've got 305/50 on the rear also I like them a lot and they don't bulge too much. I'll try to post pics tomorrow.

can anyone verify this is the part number I need for the 80-e flexplate 12551367. I'm trying to order all my parts for the swap. thanks beau

just buy a used one. There is one in the for sale for 3500 and last I heard the upgrade was 2000 +\-. So you could have it all for possibly what a new 112 would cost. -
anyone have a clue what a return line would cost?
-
maybe paint a picture of you truck on the tailgate
-
I wonder what the cost would be to get 03 return lines. I guess then you would flash pcm with 03 file to make it a return system?
-
I wish we could figure something out for returnless systems. My intank 255 only puts my pressure around 56-54 and drops under full throttle
-
I have a 2wd vho so this sound more and more the best way to go.

gc 0w30 sometimes it can be a pain to find though. I think I've got about 20qts though.
-
from what I've seen at speed engineering the parts to swap it would come in around say 600 or 700 if that much. I have'nt checked on converters yet though. I found an 80e for about 950. With nothing more than a shift kit I would think I would have no problems at my power level. 470hp/490tq. but I'm still undecided so I guess I'll baby this thing till I make up my mind.

Well I've had the radix on for 3k miles now and I have the feeling I need to do something soon or I'm going to be hoofing it. The question I have is how much of a performance loss can be expected when going to the 80e. I think I can do a conversion for close to the cost of a built 65e and maybe never have to worry about it again. any help would be appreciated. beau

I was curious about this also. When I first heard mine I was thinking great what did I f@#k up now
-
I guess I should calm down and pay more attention when posting either that or I read at a 3rd grade level. You choose

finally got the radix on. 3.0 pulley, comp 224r, pacesetters, p&p 317's= 470rwhp and 490ftlbs. I'm pretty happy with it. I'll post the graph later. Horsepower and torque peak at 3900 which seems alot better than the 6500 n/a.
