I am just rocking a PSC-1 with stock pulley but I am going on 60,000 miles boosted. I just have a shift kit, servos, TC, and such. I love it....sometimes I want more boost though....its hella addicting!

Gents- Just wanted to pop in real quick and ask about one of my cats. My driver side cat is making a noise that sounds like the heat shield is vibrating against the frame or something...is this what it sounds like when a cat is going bad? It does it at idle, not under load. Thanks fellas!

Yeah I was a sucker and purchased mine after my 1st deployment too....and have loved every second behind the wheel!! Just keep some of that tax free loot to add mods

1st things 1st... I need to install the new disc brakes and rotors I got from CPP as well as finish up the power steering... just so she feels a bit safer to drive. Then I need to find someone to help re-hang the doors b/c they don't shut very well and are chipping some paint. Then I will start digging into the power train and interior. definately looking forward to learning a lot and have tons of fun!

These are the ones I initially put in the truck when I put the blower on. They have about 15K on them.

To be honest, I don't know if they are flow matched..... my understanding is they are the same as teh 8.1L injectors. I can take pics if you want

Hey guys, I have a set of 42LB injectors for sale. I had to take them out when I spun a rod and then I had my S/C installed up in Michigan by Zippy and forgot my injectors at home and bought some new ones. They are the plug and play injectors. IF you have any questions give a hollar. $225 OBO

When I get into mine hard I hear my TC screem as well... I have checked all my fluids and such....unfortunately I think it is kinda normal..... someone please correct me if I am wrong!!

Well I ended up just purchasing a new pulley. It was $90 with overnight shipping. I greased it back up but I am on vacation and don't want it to go on me while I am on the road. If you end up getting a new OD pulley PM me if you don't mind. It sounds as this may be a normal thing, and I would like to find a better fix!

Well I finally got back to the states and got to drive my truck again. While I was gone the wifey dropped the truck off at Zippy's and had the Blower put back on, Dynatechs installed, 160 t-stat, & Tune. This thing is outta damn control!! I had to go and buy new tires cuz it was roasting all 4 crapyears when I jumped on it. The shift kit and TBTC are a ton of fun. I drive it around on the weekends just searching for someone to mess with. Anywho...quick question.....for you ATI Procharger guys- I am getting a loud rattle whine...it is coming from one of the pulleys on the mounting bracket from ATI. I took it off and put some oil on it and it quit for a few days and it is back again. Should I just goob a little grease on it, or are the bearings going and I just need a new one?? Thanks!

What is oil in your S/C piping a symptom of?? When I took mine off a while ago I had some in my down pipe coming from the S/C.
