  1. Thanks for the help guys. I got it all off with denatural alcahol. And buffed the rest of that crap off with some 3m glaze. Yeah I wouldn't think acetone would work too well. I think it would have screwed up the plastic. Yet again thanks for all of the help guys.
  2. God damn it. Should have looked at this a few days ago I would have def. been there. I only live like 35-45 minutes away from it also. Well I hope you guys had a great time. I would have wanted to see the 13.3. Any who if any one has good pics. send them my way at. [email protected] thanks
  3. I was wondering, I have some kind of gunk on my headlights; I think its some sort of paint, because I can't get rid of it for the life of me. I've tried almost all sorts of cleaning products that I could find. I was wondering if it's safe to use acetone or some sort of paint remover to get rid of it. Since it is on plastic is it going to screw it up or not? Thank You.
  4. PM Me I think i have what your looking for.
  5. I had both the McCulloch and the Phillips. I stuck with the Phillips 5000k because they don't fade or haze; unlike the McCullochs I had which faded color twice in 6 months. I mean I think McCulloch makes chainsaws and stuff also. But Either way They are both real nice, I'm prob. going to convert to the 50 watt hid's. Just to see better with my black-outs.
  6. Im running Kumho 305/45/22 and Have no problems with them. I mean I think they look and feel better then the 305/40/22. IMO
  7. I got mine from ebay for about the same price. Give or take 30 bucks.
  8. Almost the same setup I have running; same headers and the magnaflow. But I have no cats. You'll like the way it sounds. Very toned. But at times you sort of wish that it was just a little bit louder.
  9. I heard from a buddy of mine that GM was bought out by Nissan. I don't know if this is true or not but I sure would like to get this cleared up. If any one has news about this that would be wonderful. Thanks.
  10. I have a 305/45/22 on mine. With no problems.
  11. I havent done this on the side windows: due to the tint. But I did use amonia free windex and a couple of razor blades and that worked awsome. The only problem with it was that it took too damn long, but the end result was very nice.
  12. I need to know what color is the back up light wire in our trucks, and its location. I need this information to finnish installing my AVIC-N3 with the rear view and tv tunner. Any info would be great. Thank You.
  13. Anything grindcore or gore is good in my book. Just can't pick one, way too many to choose from.
  14. Atleast you got some great pics (so you have something to look at when it gets dirty again or spend another 14 hours on it). The truck looks great with those Foose Wheels.
  15. Yeah, It will just match the paint of the truck much better. But if you want it a with a little more contrast, and some texture just leave it the way it is.
  16. Did you clear coat it? Thats what I did to mine and it looks 10 times better after you do it; then just leaving it flat black.
  17. It's Never too late but is it worth it?
  18. I think that this truck is done right. This front end conversion works real good with the truck. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevrolet-S...645811608QQrdZ1
  19. As far as the front end goes... Well it dosn't look that bad when you take a second look at it. Although the rims just look way to messy on it. I think they just kill the whole flow of the truck. There is just a regular SS around here that has 26's on it and it just looks goofy to me. Yet again this is just my opinion on the topic.
  20. I don't know why. But I think that this is the ugliest thing that I've seen on a real SSS so far. IMO. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevrolet-S...645998981QQrdZ1
  21. The top ones def. They Look much cleaner then the bottoms. By the way arent the bottom ones designed by Vivid Entertainment (or so i've heard) or something along those lines?
  22. I ran the dual no muffler set up with the cats. and with out the cats. It sounded real good with out the muffler, I lost a little bit of the bottom end though . But running with out cats. and no muffler into dual 3 inch was just insane; to the point where it just sounded sloppy and uncontrolled.
  23. Yeah, the setup def. sounds sweet. Keep it up and keep us posted.
  24. For the price I don't think you can go wrong. They look awsome.
