Just like the last topic I started with the Jeep Compass... just looking for input from anyone who's had one or driven one. I test drove the compass tonight- the interior was horrible. It really turned me off to the whole car. I found an 05 Equinox LT AWD for the right price- I'm just wanting to know the pros and cons. Thanks guys! Chad I already know it's not going to get the same mileage as the compass!!!

That's funny. Ya know- as clean as you get that thing- if I didn't know better, I'd NEVER believe you drive it! Congrats by the way.

Well, congrats first of all! My brother and I started a lawncare and landscaping business about 6 years ago or so. It's really grown into something great... but it was a LOT of work, and a LOT of money spent on equipment. So I'd definitely NOT recommend that! One thing I've always wanted to do was start up a laundry mat! It's cash money, you don't have to collect. Yes there are repairs and maintenance- but one thing I hate about the lawn care gig is that NO ONE wants to ever pay their bills- so were constantly waiting to get paid. The next business I start up is going to be something where the money is upfront. Think of something that people cant live without- that way, when the market and economy gets as bad as it is now... it won't affect your profitability. That's just my .02!

DUDE, they have them at Caseys next door! Chris bought ANOTHER one yesterday. Now he has 2 The awkward silence when the strip club comment came out was crazy! I'm trying HARD to get christy to skip her concert and come- but she works friday night and saturday morning- so It's pretty much a given she's not making it no matter what. Oh well, I guess she'll have to come the next time.

As the time gets closer, I'll get a better count on how much I need. So far it looks like burgers, brats, and hot dogs are what everyone wants. I'll grab some pork chops too since they aren't expensive and they taste awesome.

I'll check on those brats- I'll only get 2 as your prolly the only one who's gonna be eating em'. HAHA. I'll caravan over- am I gonna be able to keep up though? My truck is lifted ya know.

doesn't matter to me- the price was reasonable! I think I can handle a couple nights. It might be easier just leaving Friday if some guys are coming earlier. That way I'm not leaving the house at 5:00 AM.
