Did clean the TB a while back, and problem stopped for awhile but has returned... will try maf and wires, thx.

I'm getting the dreaded recurring "reduced engine power;" suspect TB is bad. A stock unit would be fine, or ported / polished... Not looking to mod up but would consider if all parts available at a decent price. Whatchall got?

Now would be time to do a BSER pan, or the new guy dkkustoms...

Is the hood not bent? How much for it? I would pick up.

Found a good deal on a lightly used Volant Powercore model 15453, for the 09-13 Silverado 1500. Our trucks (03-06 SS) take model 15153. Does anyone know if the one for newer trucks be easily modded to fit an SS, or is this a bad idea? Thx, SS

I've got my take-offs, PM sent.

RR my truck had the flatulent noise intermittently for awhile, then the A/C gradually died, then the fan quit altogether. Replaced the blower motor resistor ($27 from NAPA, easy plug and play) and fan works like new. This failure is a common problem with our trucks from what I've read; see link below. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=68557 I didn't have the blend door actuator problem, but it seems common also- search old threads on here for more info. My A/C is still hosed though. Tried charging it last year but it didn't hold.
