  1. I agree 1000%. Trade in on these trucks would be at least $6-7K easy plus you could get $2,500+ on the SC kit.
  2. free bump for you. If I was in the market I'd buy it. always liked the crew cab Denali's
  3. Congrats Chase on the win. What damage was done? Mag had a little info.
  4. free bump for you. If you were local but you might as well be a million miles away lol
  5. I put it in my ss gas tank once and it did great. I also changed the fuel filter every 12K miles.
  6. I'd say they will sell it for $19,700 if you go to look at it. Most vehicles I've bought off the lot will take $2K less than the listed price. I'd search online and see if you can find a comparable SS for less money. If you find one and take that price to them and see if they will price match or work with you. I did that on my GT500. Got it for $6k less than their listed price.
  7. I got a message from the guy who bought mine and said he is selling it. I sold it 2 years ago with around 92K miles and it has around 98K now. He's added more mods and going through a divorce. Probably could get it for a good price for a highly modded SS. If I hadn't bought a 2011 Shelby GT500 2 months ago, I'd love to buy it back. Only vehicle I ever modded and hate that I sold it.
  8. Nice. I've been checking out pop up campers on CL a lot. My buddy wants me to buy his aunts old camper setup on a year round camp site. It's not bad but not worth the $155 month lot rent plus electric. The camper is pretty old and small and 3 hr's away.
  9. My 2003 stickered for $41K and I bought it new off the lot for $37K just before chevy started offering the employee discount to everyone! If I'd waited 3 months or so I probably could have got it for around $31k brand new. Doesn't look like we have many original owners on this site anymore. I do regret selling in back in 2010 after my divorce.
  10. bump for one of the baddest on the board. It would have been mine if I had a garage big enough to park it in. Had to get a car instead doh!
  11. Sorry guys I'm not GM nut hugger. I like all fast cars/trucks and this was the best option for me. I really wanted to get a newer C6Z06 but I've got a 5 year old and need more room. I did think about a newer CTS-V but couldn't find the one I wanted. I've never had a ford before but I do like the Shelby GT500's. It's hard not to like a 550hp car lol. Traction is a problem but that's to be expected. After my warranty runs out, I plan to do a few mods but nothing major. I loved my SS but she was getting high in the milage and half of those were supercharged, plus it takes a lot of $$$$$ to make them fast. To go faster I would have had to invest thousands more to get a built trans to handle the HP.
  12. Yeah I thought about one of those but this is my first Ford so I went with it's little brother lol. Plus most dealers wanted an "admin" fee of $5K or more. I know some guys on the SVT site got them for sticker or less.
  13. Sold the C5Z06 back in March so I got another toy to play with. I sold the car to get a C6Z06 but decided to go with a 2011 Shelby GT500 since I have a kid. It's got lots of power(550hp) and can seat 4 people so it's better for now. I thought hard about buying Krambo's SS but I can't seem to sell my house and my garage isn't long enough for a SS and my current truck got keyed. Anyways the car is loaded with the SVTPP and electronics package with navy. First owner only put 3,800 miles and added a set of pypes axle-backs so it gets loud when you stomp the gas but I like it. Here are a few pics I taken

  19. why delete your account. I sold me SS over 2 years ago but I still come on here and post a little.
  20. The truck being in a wreck is what is hurting you IMO.
  21. sombody put some effort into the DEI badges plus the Dale E. sig stickers. Of course it's not a DEI SS but the exterior is nicely. You know a dealer isn't going to check on the truck.
  22. not worth the money. Why not just spend $57K and get a 2013 GT500 with 650hp?
