I can't imagine selling although the thought has crossed my mind several times. As long as I can keep her going down the track, I think I'll keep her. I finally paid her off and I will never get what I feel she's worth unless I sell her as a race truck and, unfortunately, she doesn't really go quick enough to attract that kind of market. We'll see what the future brings.

Hmmm, intersting. I found removing and replacing the front hubs incredibly easy. Time consuming but easy nonetheless.

My truck is finally coming home with a brand new, built front diff and a tranny inspection after a month in the shop!!! Came in way less than I was expecting too so that's a bonus!

Damn! Thanks for the heads-up on the trans. My trans is fine. It's in the shop for the front diff.

I want this but I need to find out how much my truck is going to cost to get out of the tranny shop. I will know in the next couple of days.

I know this is an old thread but I have been told by two different dealers that new ones are gone and not being made anymore. Would you happen to have a part number or a location where this one was found. I desperately need one! Thanks.

Mine is toast and I mean completely toast. I have never seen so much metal carnage in my life. I am actually really shocked my truck would even still move. Anyway, I need a new one. The problem...GM doesn't make them, doesn't have any, and won't be getting any. Anyone have any ideas? Mine was so bad that the housing can't even be used.

Black American Racing RTS 311 series, 22" with tires. The tires are old and are cracking a bit but the tread is still pretty good. I would say that the tires probably have 5-10k left on them. Local pick-up is prefered. $900 obo.

Not going to sell it after all. I was just pissed when I found out it was broken and I know of another race car (Camaro) that I can pick up for $6k. I am going to get her fixed and back on the track. My 22's, however, are for sale and selling them would really help with the reapir of my truck. Any takers? $900 obo with tires.
