1. Newly released in car video and radio communications from NASCAR http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDvZq0y2z1o "Hello jet engine dryer. My name is Juan Pablo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
2. gigolo to female senior citizens
3. 2 hours til the Great American Race...1:00 P.M. 6 have signed up Anybody else?
4. BUMP... It's Friday, two days 'til Daytona. We have 4 signed up but I'm sure there are more taxicab fans out there.
5. He's the closest thing to Dale Sr. out of the younger generation of drivers as far as driving talent. Now if he could buy a personality
6. More than happy to help as I've been helped by others on here as well. You can go to www.raybestos.com and use the online catalog and verify the rotors are correct with images and specs. 56825 rotors are O.E. on AWD SSS trucks. You should be able to buy the parts at or about the prices I listed. I recommend changing to the later calipers/pads rather than changing the bracket only. The pedal feel /effort is much better. Bigger pad, caliper, rotor = better brakes for a little bit more than replacing the stock parts
7. I just did the 2005-2007 rotors, calipers & pads. I used Raybestos rotors, calipers & Akebono pads. Pleased with the results and the price wasn't bad $277.49 + tax FRC11713 right caliper w/bracket FRC11714 left caliper w/bracket $36.40 ea. w/ exchange 580279 Rotors $65.00 ea Akebono ACT1092 (O.E. supplier GMT 800-900) $74.69 I went this way because the truck is a DD and I wanted an improvement using O.E. parts that can be purchased anywhere and affordable. All bolt on no modifications The braking is improved, less fade, better pedal feel. Already had SS brake lines. I won't use drilled rotors on a DD as I've seen too many cracked rotors on cars/trucks with them. Slotted only rotors do work well if you don't mind the price. Hope this helps whatever you decide.
8. 1 week 'til Daytona, still time to join up and go racing 2 hours 'til Bud Shootout 8:00 P.M. EST
9. Yes he can. He and Hank brought some by the house on their way to KC last year Yuengling is now available in Ohio That saves me about 10 hours drive time to get some. I'm enjoying a Black & Tan right now.
10. Power Tour is a great road trip adventure. If it's not on your bucket list put it on there. Gm Proving Grounds was not on my bucket list...until now. Never thought I would get the chance to go there as I have been told that you had to know somebody to gain access. See you in June
11. Well...yeah! and none of my strategies worked
12. It's fun and you don't even need to watch the races just pick your guys beforehand and see where you end up. It's more luck than strategy or so it seems. So, I guess you could say stupid fun.
13. It's almost that time of year again. February 26th 1:00 P.M. http://games.espn.go...ge/en/frontpage Group: SilveradoSS.com Password: silverado Pick 5 drivers (100.00 or less total) Scoring based on NASCAR points system. (1) 43 pts. (43) 1 pt. Bob47 won last year, Bill (billws6?) second. Hope to get more members to participate this year and make it through 36 races. Bob or I will put up reminders here to keep everyone in the loop when it's time to re-choose drivers for each segment. Let's go racin, boys
14. Nice Bob, Is that Inferno Orange Metallic? I figured you would get one with a man pedal for the ultimate go-kart experience. Any mods planned? I understand Pedders already has tooled up some suspension goodies for them. I have to say that I do like them and may pick one up to replace the Grand Prix when the time comes
15. Still good advice even though it's 6 years old along with the high use of beer goggles this time of year
16. On the sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me, ...6 cases of Yuengling lager
17. That's the one I thought most on here could really relate to since it's about Silverados and hunting...fish
18. Love the new Chevy commercials with "Nick the salesman". Don't know if this is a repost but I do find them funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0DdysO5D24&feature=relmfu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVlVZ_qrJHA&feature=relmfu
19. Happy Birthday, Mark and all the rest too.
20.

From the wheel lip to the bottom of the fender center 8" front, 8 1/2" rear. Truck is full weight with spare and hitch and a Roll-N-Lock tonneau cover. My cover may be a little lighter than yours.

I would say you are stock with a possible torsion bar adjustment by the previous owner to level the truck after the tonneau cover install
