  1. Have fun guys, I've moved out of the area though, so if you could take me off the list. Thanks, Andrew
  2. Check my sig for the 6.0 Swap.
  3. Guys, have any of you guys ever noticed your rear seatbelts are wet when you pull them out? I just noticed on my dad's 04 Silverado SS that the seatbelt was wet. We can't figure out where the water is coming from unless it was from the third brake light. If it was there though, I would expect the headliner to be wet too, which it isn't? Any ideas? Not sure how water would be getting in there.

    91 Octane

I think someone else can confirm this, but the SS's came with a dual octane tune from the factory, so if you do go to 87 or 89 it's going to sense the knock and retard everything until it's gone. You won't do damage, but like many have said here, you will lose power and may lose mileage as well.
  5. Sorry, posted last night and didn't check replies till this morning. I don't think that's too unreasonable. Not trying to get in a pissing match, just saying.
  6. sorry guys, taken 10min after I posted.
  7. From an '07 6.0 engine. Otherwise I'm gonna toss it in the trash on Friday. Looks like it has some fuel injector plugs, and maybe a maf, alternator and TPS plug? Just pay for the shipping. http://home.nycap.rr.com/agreif/Truck/harness.jpg Andrew
  8. OK guys, I'm looking at getting my first camcorder and have narrowed my format to miniDV for the quality component. My next question though it what level of quality do I need to go. I'm looking at these three camcorders JVC Compact Series GR-D750 - this is the lowest of the three, with 340k effective pixels, but has that 34x optical zoom. Panasonic Palmcorder PV-GS320 - this is the middle of the pack with the 680 effective pixels, but only has the 10x optical. Canon HV20 HD - This will have the best picture of the three and is HD, but the reviews online of the difficulty of editing HD without serious headaches is making me a bit hesitant and I want to make sure that, at the most expensive choice, it's the best overall pick. I know all teh TV's of the future will be HD, so am just wondering how much of a hassle it will be to go with one now vs later. Thanks for any advice, Andrew
  9. Man, I went to okemo yesterday (and plan it again go there or Snow tomorrow) and it was great, little windy, but you can't beat 12"+ of fresh snow!
  10. same here, riding on sticks just isn't as fun.
  11. I'm in. I go up to Killington, Snow and Okemo quite often.....a little less often these days with ticket prices as outragous as they are now.
  12. The oil sending unit sensor is behind the intake on the top of the block. You can see some sensors in picture on the drivers side of the block. One looks similar to the MAP connector(cam pos) and the other has a piece of tape on it and is vertical and it is a little further outboard (oil sending unit).
  13. I'll second that one. I'd start with #9 and if you need more cut (even though it still isn't much) step up to the 80. I did that to my wifes 5 year old black trailblazer and it literally looked just as good as it did the day it came off the lot.
