  1. I really have not had any success selling vehicles on Ebay so I am still hopeful someone from the forum will grab it. I would love to see a forum member get it. I want someone else to have the pleasure of turning over 10,000 miles on the odometer.
  2. Thanks for the comments. It was a very hard decision to make. I feel at that price it won't take very long to sell. Attached are a few more pictures. Thanks
  3. Hello to All. It is time to let my 2003 Arrival Blue SS go to someone in the SS Community. I am selling my excellent condition SS with only 9,992 miles. It is all original except for the battery. I am the original owner and have kept the truck in excellent condition. The truck has always been garage kept and well cared for. Nothing has ever been in the bed of the truck. Please email me for additional pictures or additional info. I am asking $22,500.00 for this low mileage SS. Thanks for looking.
  4. Thanks for the info! The thing that was throwing me off was the low reading on the bank 1 LT FTRM.
  5. Hello SS Owners. I have a drivability problem with my 2003 SS and was hoping someone could help in diagnosing the problem. My 03 will detonate above 3500 rpm and will sometimes flash the check engine light (misfire condition) for a few seconds. I have run the codes in the computer and they come back to a “Low Efficient Cat on Bank 1”. It will not always set this code. 1) I have been looking at the view data and at 55-60 mph OS1-1 and OS2-1 are reading between .200 and .800. They both are constantly changing with the ST FTRM 1 & 2 changing +/- 3%. 2) OS1-2 and OS2-2 are both reading between .650 and .800. They are constantly changing as well. 3) LT FTRM 2 is reading around 6.5 to 8.0%. Does change. 4) LT FTRM 1 is reading a consistent 0.8%. I have put new AC plugs in, new plug wires and new fuel filter. Mileage is 107,000 miles. Truck is stock, no mods. Premium gas only. If anyone can help troubleshoot or has had a similar problem, please let me know. Thanks
  6. What is the best way to take the stock 03 SS gray center caps off without chipping the paint by the 2 slots on the cap? I have chipped one by using a wrong/bad technique and don't want to chip another one. Thanks, Verne
  7. Hi. I am trying to get some info on what Hard Tonneau Cover (e.g. Gaylord, ARE, Lund) will fit over the '03 SS stock tailgate proctector/spoiler? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Verne Lee's Summit, MO
  8. Hello. I have a P0455 Code and by doing a search I have found that it is a leak in the evap system and a common cause is a loose gas cap. I checked the gas cap and it is tight and the seal looks good. I removed the top engine cover and the evap line looks like it has a good connection. The assembly does feel a little loose but I am not sure how loose it should feel in mounting to the intake. What is my next step in determining the cause if the usual gas cap fix doesn't fix it? Thanks, Verne
  9. Wanted 03/04 Blue SS just became Bought 03 Blue SS!!! I flew into NH, closed the deal and then drove 26 hours back home to Kansas City. The SS ran flawless! It has 65,000 miles, excellent interior/exterior and all original. I will post some pictures very soon.
  10. Thanks Front End Man! I saw it on cars.com recently and am following up on it. The owner sent me some pics and it looks good! Totally stock, unmodified and well cared for! And its the fast color too!
