I used to have an SS with the PCMforless Tune, Cold Air and Magnaflow and now have a 2005 Dodge 2500 with Cummins and Bully Dog programmer and intake. Right of the line the SS has the advantage but once this thing spools look out it just pulls. As part of the Bully Dog you can check 1/4 mile etc like a G-Tech and I have no idea how accurate but with the 50 hp setting it says I run around 15 flat and with the 90hp it is close to 14.5 traction limited and I never timed the 130 hp setting (Spun through first and second). I would say with his extra weight it could be close I wouldn't expect to just walk away. Hope that helps.
