  3. Thanks Jon, I hope to be posting real pics in the next week or two. I need to dig up the cash for the tires. They are $300.00 each. Adam, I do use the truck for my business and I carry parts and tools in the back. I have been using a setup like this since 1990. It started with an '88 K1500 Sportside, then a '93 GMC Sportside Ext. cab., then numerous(96, 98, 00) 2500 Ext cab Long Beds, then a 2002, 2004 and this 2006 Crew Cab Long bed. It's better than driving a cargo van, and I can use it on the weekends to tow the ATV's.
  4. just on hood, the idea behind it was to do something like an SS chevelle. they only had the stripes on the hood. had a large motor, big wheels in rear skinny up front. i kinda got that going on also thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually the Chevelles had the stripes on the trunk as well.
  5. No, disrespect, but that cover on this truck I use the sell them to my customers and that more than pays for the truck and any mods I do to it. It is functional, and does no damage to the truck. I don't really care for a big bulky heavy fiberglass cover, but I don't bash anyone because they have them on their truck. It is all a matter of personal preference and in my case, it makes me money. By the way, where are pics of your truck?
  6. Actually it is dirty. I haven't washed in in like 5 months. you can't see it in these pics, but it is very dusty from sitting in the garage all winter.
  7. It is just a little more than 1/8" taller overall than the stock. I went with that size because it is the closest to stock in a 22" and I liked the way the fenders were filled with the stock 20's with the truck lowered. I thought 305/45's were too tall, and the 305/40's would leave too much space in the fenders. The spoiler is from a 2005 Tahoe. Got it at the dealer for about $14.00. As far as the ride quality, I really did not notice a big difference between the stock 20's and the 22's. You do lose an inch of sidewall so the ride will be a bit stiffer over bumps, but not enough to bother me.
  8. Well it seems like it is trying to change over to spring here even though it is still a bit cold. It was a nice sunny day so I had the SS out and decided to snap a couple nice weather pics with my new Centerlines.
  9. I think it looks good, but time for a real camera there George.....
  10. I am running the 285/45/22's and lowered. No Issues here. The 305/45/22 is too tall in my opinion, and the 305/40/22 is bit lower than stock. A lot of guys are running 305/40/22's without a problem. Stock 275/55/20 = 31.909" 285/45/22 = 32.908" 305/40/22 = 31.606" 305/45/22 = 32.807" The 305 is going to be about 3/4" wider than a 285 as well.
  11. Where are you located? I can check the price for you if you want.
  12. Did you get your decals?
  13. Actually the Escalade ones are more of a smoke color. They are not pure chrome, but are not as dark as these either.
  14. I have been selling them to dealers for years and have had very good luck. Excellent quality and lifetime structural warranty.
  15. Here is the look I am going for...305/55/20 Toyo's.
  16. Looking at Toyo Open Country A/T 275/60/20 and 305/55/20 Also looking into Cooper Discoverer S/T in a 275/60/20
  17. Check with the dealer on the interior ones. If I remember correctly, they were only like $40 or $50 from GM for the front doors.
  18. These are for my HD Crew Cab.
  19. Here they are...still shopping for the right tire size and load rating. There is not much of a selection in a 20" tire for an HD truck.
  20. Are those the front door handles or the extended cab door handles? (the interior ones) I already have the front interior handles from an Escalade and I am looking for the rear doors. The Sierra Denali ones work but are way too much$$$.
