The skinny: 78,000 miles Stock interior/exterior lq9 block - built internals - (race shop in winchester 10k invested) Borg Warner Turbo Custom 5" exhaust - Serviceable 4L80e Trans with billet converter sourced from a camaro dragster (has trans brake) Modified input on stock AWD transfercase steel rear driveshaft AMS Boost control Methanol injection WORKING A/C and Stereo Hydra boost conversion for brakes Electric cooling fans tuned with HP tuners - boost levels= gate pressure, 10, 15 - anything you want to go with max I have tested is 18 asking 25K but willing to discuss - I already have a low offer to entertain. Hey Gang!! Glad there is a Forum for these beautiful trucks. My Addiction started when my friend Tim introduced me to the SS he had Turbo'd with a Squire system remote mount. - WELL.... Years and probably 40k later we now have a front mount with a 5" exhaust, built motor and trans and all of the fun times in between. Tim recently bought his first airplane and we are both looking to start new projects so I am looking to find a buyer for the SS - it has 78K on it with under 20K on the new engine. I will be finishing up som light maintenance on the truck and getting her ready to go this weekend. I'm hoping one of you guys who truly appreciate these vehicles will snatch this up, or give me some pointers on what a modified SS might go for these days.
