  1. I'm looking to sell my BSER Roll Pan, Hidden Hitch and flip down/up plate holder. Prefer to sell it locally but I can ship it if necessary. Will make a deal for all 3, I traded in my SS Friday and although it (Roll Pan) is a great conversation piece on the table I'm tired of looking at it. I WILL NOT separate the roll pan or the Hidden Hitch. Send a message if interested. Thanks DW
  2. That's awesome...just like shooting fish in a barrel with a howitzer. DW
  3. I know a guy up in Bay City, MI that used to do it and he had at least 6 styles that he would make, most of them I liked. But with that said there is a place in Strongsville, OH (South of Cleveland) where you can brew your beer on site. This way you can drink while you brew and they watch over you (hard to mess it up that way). It is called the Brew Kettle I believe, You make it one day (during a weekend) then you come back in one or two weeks to bottle it. You can design your own label and they will print it out or you can choose from custom labels they have. I think they are on the web and I'd imagine other companies may offer the same thing closer to where you are located. Last resorts, go to the Bells brewery in Kalzmazoo, MI and get tanked or go over to Wisconsin and tour the Miller brewery. I have done both and am waithing to head out to St. Louis for a Bud plant tour...even though I don't drink their skunk piss. J/K DW
  4. I like Chipotle Grill, I thought it was the best until I found a Baja Fesh here in Columbus. DW
  5. I had to leave town for a couple of days it was getting so bad with the OSU propaganda...I'm hoping for a U of M victory but I have been watching some OSU football this season and they are good. If they don't keep track of Gonzalez he will put a hurting on them. He has made great plays all season. Looking forward to some Big Ten football this Saturday. DW
  6. Hi there, You may want to check out Northwood University (Small Private College). It offers a program (2 or 4 years) called Automotive Aftermarket Management...everything you do to a vehicle once it leaves a dealership. If your parent's own a dealership they have a Automotive Marketing program. I was able to go to the SEMA show twice while I was at Northwood (I had to pay, but they get you into the show) and I had my job lined up back in 03 with 9 weeks left in school. That was when the economy was slow and a lot of friends from other schools were still looking for jobs after graduation. I believe the placement rating was ~99% out of that program. DW
  7. You shouldn't use Scotch Brite pads for cleaning the wheels, Red (Maroon) pads are ~320 grit Gray pads are~600 grit Gold colored pads are ~900 grit. 3M and Norton both make a WHITE hand pad, it is non abrasive. It works good for cleaning windows while in a manual car wash or cleaning off headlights. They can be found at automotive paint stores...the White pads are the least popular Norton part number is 58001(Bear-Tex) 3M pad is #7445 (Scotch Brite). I would try the White pad and vineagar. Dennis
  8. If you cage it make it like the cage Wheel 2 Wheel did on their Nova. Very clean and fully functional. But if regulated design dictates that you must go through the rear glass I would be hesitant. Don't want to hi-jack the thread but do you need a 4 point or 6 point cage for under 11.49? My uncle builds Race car header/mufflers and cages and I started building one for my 1976 Chevy truck but ended up selling it. DW
  9. A lot of my distributors (Automotive Paint Stores PPG,BASF,Sherwin Williams, Sikkens,DuPont) carry our brand and several other brands (3M, Meguiers etc) of micro-fiber cloths. The ones I sell have a Norton part #04402. Depending on the store they may or may not have them in stock, they can always order them from one of the warehouses the deal with. The one we sell is 16"X16" and if you use your hands for a living (Mechanic,Land Scaping) it clings/sticks to your fingers.---Does not apply for massage Therapists or Doctors-- DW
  10. Micro-Fabric clothes lift dust from surfaces and trap it in the clothinstead of scattering it like regular clothes. The ones I sell have over 90,000 fibers per square inch (70%Cleaning 30% Absorbing) and will absorb 8 times its own weight in water. My parents love them for their motorcycles and cleaning reading glasses. DO NOT WASH WITH CLOTHES, DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER OR DRYER SHEETS. Our product is Dryer safe but if there is ANY lint in the dryer drum it will find it and it will cling to the towel. They dry faster than Chamois material also. Personally I like Compressed air, water Blade and Micro towels. Zippy is good with motors and stuff I guess I can be the resident Micro-Fiber guru DW
  11. The flames look pretty good. I was up working in Munice, IN a few weeks ago and saw a black SS next to a Tool and Die shop along I69, I was going to fast to notice if it had flames. DW
  12. Since I am from MI I'll go with the Tigers...but I'm not jumping on the band wagon. DW
  13. They have added the motorcycle cops here in Columbus and that's what i figured too. I've seen them here and in Indy on a 3 or 4 lane highway walk out into the farthest lane to point at/signal the speeding driver over to the side of the road. The only good thing out of motorcycle cops is that the bike will eventually go to auction. DW
  14. I would hold off and have your friends check the Manheim auction, I deal with 3 locations in the midwest and have seen SSs running through. I checked the trade in value of mine on-line (Don't have ANY idea about how accurate that is but...) for an 03 w/ 50,000 I think it was anywhere from $12,000 to 18,000. I've been to several auctions and they almost always have some nice rides going through. DW
