Thanks for all the great info. My buddy flaked on the deal. It did get me thinking I would like to have a mostly stock 2004-2006 silverado SS AWD in blue or black no red. Absolutely no rust. I'm in Texas but will travel for the right deal - Hit me up if you know of anyone who is selling one that isn't ridiculous money.

Buddy of mine has a 2005 VHO ext cab one owner low mileage 67,000 truck with sunroof basically all stock in really good shape. Im familiar with the SS but pretty ignorant about VHOs. He is asking 13500, I cant find any other VHOs nationwide to compare it to. Is this a reasonable price or is he too high or low?? He has all the maintenance records and dealer paperwork. Seems like a good deal just not sure. Thanks for the help..
