Thanks for the welcome backs guys. This site was one I used to always be on...when I had time in the evenings. I will try and visit more often and share my input and opinions. It is good to see some of the old faithful still hanging around with their rides (detjoe, krambo, cwest, hotrodtruck (Brian), etc.). This site is a great one!

Now that is one badass grocery getter!! I could put a turbo and new wheels on ours and my wife would not even notice...maybe I can get a silver SSS and her not notice

Ahh yes, the magic mini van!! The wife is actually getting the '08 Dodge Caravan with swivel seats, a table (that I will have to constantly clean), 2 tv's, and sirius radio/tv/dvd. I know, there is no coolness in a mini van but they serve their purpose...carting heathens around!! I wish I could get another SSS. I might be looking into a 4 door Silverado after the first of the year.

I know, the car washes are now free at my house!! Got a baby on the way So if you remember I will now have 3 step kids and one of my own...gonna need a short bus with 20's soon! Yeah, I had a lot of naysayers. The SS is without a doubt the best truck I ever owned. I look back at all the pics I have of it and hope that it is in the hands of a good owner.

Well some of you might remember me from way back when. I got rid of the SSS for the Crew Cab Titan for many reasons...most of which I regret! Although, I still like the Titan I really miss the SS. Just wanted to say hello to all of you who might remember me... Here is the pic of the old SS

It kills me to see these "Professional" athletes making millions and screwing it up over something as sick and stupid as dog fighting. I would love to have their salary...and you could bet I would do whatever it took to make sure my nose was clean. I voted for the Ridgeline. IMO Honda should stick to making the small cars and SUV's and stay out of the truck business...if the Ridgeline is all they can come up with.

Same here with the price jump. This whole gas issue is a huge crock of crap if you ask me. How can it go up that much in a 12 hour period...we all are getting a royal reaming by some wealthy pricks in the oil business. But at least since I got rid of my SSS I don't have to use premium.

I follow the same thinking. Not my fault they are that way and you just don't know what the hell they will do with your hard earned money. They could get a job somewhere but most don't make an effort.

I quit dipping on October 18, 2004 cold turkey as well. The first 2.5 weeks were absolutely brutal with the headaches. Unfortunately now I smoke, but not much (1/2 pack a day at the max). My lungs really wish I would quit smoking...which is next. CONGRATS to you and the wife for making it this far and best of luck down the road.

This whole group of individuals are by far one of the most ignorant and useless people still roaming this planet. To do some of the stupid crap that they have been doing for years and thinking they are so cool and right just blows my mind. Take them to a small island and drop a bomb in the middle...that is my idea of resolution and population control for groups like the KKK.

Seems as though some are still hard on old 26dub....sucks about the screw, but hopefully they will make it right.

I have heard of those Titans before.... They are no SSS but they are better then the TUNDRA...IMO.
