    That in the pik is seems to be a 300 srt not a magnum lol.... and I know I like his silver SS too but I like the intimidator better ?

    It is right? I was going to say 300, but after him saying magnum, well we know what happens when you "assume." Yeah, he did really good work restoring her, looks fantastic! Wonder if he has plans on bringing thw stance down some day? ? :]

    There is also a 2006 red SS with similar mileage for sale in Cali also. When you find a good one you need to jump. I bought mine two years ago, I keep looking. I have not seen another red SS with the same low miles for the same money I paid. I lucked out the truck was only 50 miles from my house. I paid a little more than I wanted but in the end got the one I wanted that was a cream puff.... my wife was like just buy the damn thing! I like to search and search to death.... LOL.

    I know I was literally a signature away from owning an 03 with less than 19k on her, but chickened out last second, just didn't want to see that $25k disappear lol! MIRA

    You sure its the same truck... its in Cali now?

    I believe it was for sale in Cali by the other dealer,can't mistake those red trimmed speaker lol. Saw am 06 silver birch here in San Antonio from a"mom and pop" dealer and maybe a few days after being on craigslist,it was in Nevada. Idk, not exactly "tired"of looking for the right SS, guess I ought to man up and buy one already lol!

    Yeah, Here in NC we don't need to run front plates and I LOVE it!! Most states don't let you put plate on dash unfortunately... I got a ticket a few years ago for no front plate. I didn't want to put a plate on my company car when I lived in Iowa... a state trooper pulled me over and gave me a ticket that was something along the lines of improper equipment. I think the sole reason he pulled me over was I was driving a Mercedes at the time. What a jack!

     

    Its called making money... profit is not a dirty word. I like making money and don't blame others for doing so....

    I'm not "blaming others," Im all for making money as well, but it sucks when you want a vehicle for instance and you witness something such as my aforementioned post happen, then you have to start your search ALL over again...

    The person selling now had bought it feom another dealer who had the red 07 classic and he also had a black 06 with just over 100k I think. Therea one dealer up in Houston who has a red 03 with 143k and now got an ISS with 75k from another dealer who had it price about 8k lower than now. Gotta love dealerships jacking up prices!

    I dumped a fortune on an engagement ring, so then I turned around and dumped another small fortune on a Gaylord's speedsturr lid.

    Well I'm not sure it's that easy. You have to open the door to get to the fasteners they are hidden otherwise. So unless you remove the rocker moulding your not taking them off that easy....

    I've opened quite a few Chevy using my personal Chevy key with some finesse,or the cut keys I have, unfortunately it's relatively easy...

    Thanks. I just wasn't sure if I had to remove the door panel to get to an inside fastener. I've removed badges and trim on lots of cars. The ol fishing line trick is what I use also.

    Guess that's why its so easy for people to steal cladding off the trucks. There's two arrival blue I've seen in my town and one has both front door cladding gone, and the other just one side... :/
