Where do I get the box at?

Just a standard raptor wiring harness

I bought a cheap dual radio and a wiring harness when I wired it all together and plugged it in my radio won't come on at all NOTHING but behind the removable part of the radio next to the reset button is a red light that blinks as long as it's plugged in

What section do I do that on
